The price for one week ( from saturday 4 pm to the following saturday 10 am ), including all taxes and all bills , except heating , there is a 80  fee per week for starting up the heating, upon request. WiFi internet access included. We may provide you sheets with a supplement of 8 by bed.

The number of people occupying the property should not exceed the stated capacity. If the number of occupants exceeds this number, the owner has the right to modify or terminate the present contract.

  -   The rent :  The tenant, having been made aware of the description of the property, signs two copy of the present contract. One copy is kept by the tenant and the other is for the owner of the property. Only when the owner has received the signed contract is he under any obligation to the person renting. This should be done within 8 days and accompanied by a deposit of at least 25% of the total rent due ; that is to say . . . euros. Should the person renting, decide to cancel, this deposit cannot be reimbursed.    

The tenant formally accepts to pay directly to the owner the amount due, that is to say . . . euros, on taking up the rent of the property. The property will be checked upon arrival and upon departure. The tenant leaves a cautionary cheque or a deposit of 160 euros.All losses and breakages must be paid for. No pets are allowed except under special circumstances upon agreement by the owner.
